Evening Shows at Iberostar Tainos

The Iberostar Tainos isn't the best hotel with regards to evening entertainment, but they do put on a show every night. This doesn't usually kick off until around 9.30pm so you will often find yourself sitting around with not much else to do, but this can also be a good thing as you get chatting to other guests. We were here for two weeks and never saw the same show twice.
Before the evening show commences they hand out certificates to the people who won the games from that day's activities, this is more for the kids but plenty of adults get involved as well.

The shows are performed to a good standard and the entertainers work really hard; Most of the shows were musicals including their own versions of Broadway and Chicago etc.

The entertainers that put on the evening shows are not the same as the day time entertainment staff, but once a week, on the dancers' night off a couple of the day staff will do the show. These shows usually involve dragging some poor souls up from the audience to play embarrassing games, but they can be very funny.

Every now and then they put on a beach party after the evening show, where the guests and the entertainment staff can mix together, it was a nice, but would have been better if more people had turned up.
