Iberostar Tainos Staff

In my opinion the staff at the Tainos are what really sells this hotel over the others in Varadero, we met some of the friendliest people here, everyone says hello and even the locals will smile and wave to you. The entertainment staff are fantastic, they suit every type of person from the young to the old. During the day they put on various different activities from Salsa Dancing to Volley Ball and will try and get as many people to join in as possible, without being to pushy, once you have joined in a few times they will start to remember your name and will come and talk to you. My boyfriend got on really well with a young guy called Fernando he has been working at the hotel for a while now and he gave us some really good advice about Cuba.
My personnel favorite was the extremely cheeky Chino who was definitely more of a ladies man, he always had loads of energy and even when I was feeling really lazy he would always drag me up to do some water aerobics or dancing, which was good as I probably wouldn't have done very much otherwise and I ended up really enjoying it and had a laugh.

Most of the staff speak English, they can also speak various other languages such as French, German and Italian.

Me and my boyfriend both celebrated our birthdays while we were out there and we both got a bottle of champagne left in the room.
